Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of being placed. After that your order goes straight into production (labels printed, items picked and printed) and can no longer be changed or stopped. See our Cancellation Policy.

To request a change within the 2-hour window:

  1. Submit a ticket (or email cs@godbeloved.com) as soon as possible.
  2. Include your order number.
  3. Describe exactly what to change: shipping address, size or color, personalization text, or quantity.

We will confirm the update by email. Once your order is in production or has shipped, we can no longer change it, but contact us anyway and we will look for the best alternative for you.
