Open Track Your Order and enter your order number and email address, or click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
Tracking becomes active after the carrier scans your package, which can take 5–7 days after the shipping email. Before that the page may show “no information yet”; that is normal.
Multi-item orders can ship in separate packages, each with its own tracking number. You will receive a shipping email for every package.
