Changed your mind (non-personalized items only): you can return the item within 30 days of delivery if it is unused, in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer; please use an insured, trackable service. Returns are processed within 14 business days of arrival and refunded to your original payment method. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
