Our products are made to order at different production facilities. When items in one order are produced in different places, or have different production times, each item ships as soon as it is ready instead of waiting for the slowest one.
You receive a separate shipping email and tracking number for each package, and you are never charged extra shipping for split deliveries.
If one package has arrived and the other has not, check all tracking numbers in your emails first. If a tracking number shows no movement for more than 15 business days (US) or 25 business days (international), contact us.
