Because every product is printed and made to order just for you, we do not accept physical returns or exchanges, and you never need to ship anything back to us.
Instead, if something is wrong with your order (the item is defective, damaged, faulty, or you received the wrong item), we make it right with a free replacement or a refund. Just contact us with photos within 30 days from the delivery date or 45 days from the order date, whichever comes first.
Change of mind, or a size, color or design you selected yourself, or personalization details entered incorrectly at checkout, are not covered. Please double-check your options and spelling before ordering. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
